The breakfast had a good choice of food! the layout was very good and easy to access products. the kitchen looked nice and clean, tables were also top notch! i was delighted by the location. It really is superb.
the staff wasn't unfriendly, but they didn't offer help at all.

the location works well with a short walk to Alexanderplatz. the breakfast had a really good selection. the gym provided a well equipped space. the rooms include a decent shower.
Customer service felt a bit distant. they stored our bags before check-in and after check-out without a problem.

i found a central location and access to many parts of the city was easy. i walked to many sites and i found a tram stop close. breakfast had wide variety and it started my day wonderfully.
the air conditioning made a little noise and the bedding was not perfectly cozy.

Marcos at reception was very helpful and recommended sightseeing spots, I found his advice invaluable. He really did. The breakfast offered many choices. I appreciated that. The room's temperature was fine, and the water temperature was consistent. It was a relief.
i noticed that the carpets in the hallways had a few visible stains.

the breakfast was AMAZING!!! it had a super broad selection and i enjoyed it a lot. the staff was helpful and very polite, which i valued. i also liked that the location was close to train stations and attractions.
The room lacked a refrigerator. It would have been useful for storing drinks.
